Return Policy
Textbooks may be returned for a full refund up until 1 week after the start of the term. An original store receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges. New books must be returned in saleable condition. Any books that have been marked or written in, or damaged in any way, will be refunded at a used book price. Purchases made with credit cards will be refunded with a credit to that same card. Concordia University Chicago Bookstore reserves the right to refuse issuing a refund at any time.
